Citizenship Preparation Classes

Permanent residents are eligible to apply for their Canadian citizenship after living in Canada for three years. In the Citizenship Preparation Program, individuals will learn about Canada’s history, geography, and resources, as well as judicial, political, and government systems. This program helps individuals and families to understand their rights and responsibilities as Canadians, and prepares them to participate in civic activities such as voting.

Classes are based on the number of requests.
